Our focus on traditional bistro cooking means that we must use the freshest seasonal produce, humanely raised meat and poultry and unprocessed ingredients. Vegetarian dishes are always present on the menu as well. Edward DATILLO curates our wine list featuring a broad selection of French wines. Edward works tirelessly to find off-the-beaten-path wines as well as great deals for the better-known French regions. Our beer list features local beers as well as great French beers and ciders that will satisfy any beer nerd’s craving. We also offer a very large collection of aperitifs and digestifs as well as our cocktail list which features French cocktails as well as twists on American cocktails made with French spirits.
