Fall is here, and with the weather starting to slowly cool down, Bistrot is turning to some fall french classics to help warm your soul. “Soupe de Potiron”, our silky smooth roasted squash soup with bacon and “Flammekeuche”, an Alsatian classic flatbread with bacon and onions, are now part of our fall offerings. My personal favorite, a delicious “Salade Lyonnaise” fashioned after the one that I ate at “Aux Trois Maries” in Lyon, makes for the perfect start of a meal. Some great fall entrees have returned to our menu, like our duck breast with foie gras sauce and currants, and the always popular “Le Gasconade de Jarret d’Agneau”, a red wine braised lamb shank with root vegetables and cornmeal polenta. Come in and have a great meal and a glass of red wine on our front patio before the fall turns to winter.
