In Paris, the bistrot is the neighborhood dining room, a place where you know the owner and have a regular table. Tonight we bring that experience here to Bistrot La Minette. Chef Kenneth BUSH has prepared a menu of the iconic, comforting dishes that you can find at almost any traditional bistrot in Paris. As Julia Child put it: “The kind of food I fell in love with, not trendy, souped-up fantasies, just something very good to eat.”
